Ivanna Colangelo, Relational Coach
Summary of Work
Ivanna was taking steps to expand her Marriage and Family Therapy practice into relational coaching for men and couples. She recognized the need to create a new website that would communicate her offerings and expand her audience. Her goals were to define a separate professional identity as a coach and develop her digital presence. We started with several discovery meetings, and designed a website and digital collateral that she can use on all her social platforms.

ROC Spirit Ventures
Summary of Work
ROC Spirit Ventures was looking to renew their grant funding for the upcoming year, and felt creating a website that communicated their services would help them promote their tutoring to donors and potentially improve enrollment in their programs. We create a simple website, defined their visual identity, and told their story through photos and videos of their tutors and students. We also created a brochure and business cards that they could leverage with key stakeholders in the community to increase their exposure.

Innovation Strengths Preference Indicator
Summary of Work
The ISPI (Innovation Strengths Preference Indicator) is a product of My Humangrid, a tool house subsidiary of Idea Connection Systems, Inc. It is a personality assessment that is used to identify individual and team strengths for innovation. As the Innovation Program Manager at ICS, I saw the need to revise the current feedback report to meet stakeholder and market needs. I oversaw all aspects of the research and design process and did much of the creative work. Our goal was to rewrite the existing question set, create a new report that was much more application focused, user-friendly and appealed to a broader market, and finally support our practitioners and sales staff with education, marketing collateral, and sales strategy.

Novus, Be Known
Summary of Work
Michelle Roberts of Novus was looking to create a pitch deck for her branding and marketing company that she could use for marketing and sales opportunities with potential clients. We walked through her existing brand story and messaging, identified ways to highlight her visual identity through the presentation, and focused on infusing her competitive advantage through the narrative of presentation.

Making Strides Against Breast Cancer
Summary of Work
Worked as an Events Recruitment Specialist for the MSABC annual breakfast event and fundraising walk across the Eastern Division. I was asked to manage 125 teams across three markets, plan and develop major community events, and manage key stakeholder relationships with existing and new sponsors. I also helped plan and secure vendors for the first ever 100th Birthday Party.

TEDxRochester
Summary of Work
TEDxRochester reached out to me to help them with their fundraising and sponsorships for their annual event. Along with securing vendors, event space and new sponsorships, I also helped plan and execute smaller salon events for donors and speakers for two consecutive years. We were able to triple the size of the event the second year with significant community and influencer outreach, and provided an event that was still inclusive and offered to the public for free.

BreadHive reached out to our team because they were seeking business advisement for creating a profitable business from their worker-owned bakery. We met with their team on several occasions to conduct interviews and engage in user research. We also held group brainstorming sessions with other process experts to support the ideation process, and then followed up with market research. We presented our top strategies to their team, and helped them form a strategic plan around how to monetize their business.
